The 12186CW Half Size Food Storage Box by Cambro measures 12x18x6 and has a 3 gallon capacity for a wide range of applications. Made of a durable polycarbonate available in the Camwear® line's new Safety Red and Safety Yellow color, the 12186CW has a smooth interior surface for easy cleaning with a textured bottom that will reduce scratching. It can also withstand temperatures ranging from -40°F to 210°F and is best used for storing bulk food product, from seafood to meat and produce, in coolers and freezers. The 12186CW Full Size Food Storage Box is also NSF approved and features molded-in handles for easy carrying during transport.
