The 12189CW Half Size Food Storage Box by Cambro measures 12x18x9 and has a 4.75 gallon capacity for a wide range of applications. Made of a durable, clear polycarbonate, the 12189CW by Camwear® has a smooth interior surface for easy cleaning with a textured bottom that will reduce scratching. It can also withstand temperatures ranging from -40°F to 210°F and is best used for storing bulk food product, from seafood to meat and produce, in coolers and freezers. The 12189CW Full Size Food Storage Box is also NSF approved and features molded-in handles for easy carrying during transport.
