The 500-S Low Temp Holding Cabinet by Alto Shaam features a single compartment with an interior holding capacity of 6, 12'' x 20'' pans. Refused Shipment Policy

If a shipment is refused due to damage incurred in transit, we will replace and redeliver the items at no cost to you. If refused for any reason other than damage, you the customer will be responsible for the full freight cost both ways, in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
