Process food into small pieces with the Hobart 84145-1, 14 Inch Food Cutter with #12 Hub. This food cutter, or buffalo chopper, has a capacity of up to 5 pounds with its 14 inch stainless steel bowl. To do this it uses it's 1/2 HP motor and knives that are able to rotate at 1725 RPM. For protection Hobart has included the Bowl Cover Safety Interlock which prevents the food cutter from being used when cover is open and the cover cannot be lifted once the machine is on. Clean up is made easy by allowing the cover, knives and bowl to be removed without the use of tools. The Hobart 84145-1 14 Inch Food Cutter is UL listed and NSF approved.

Refused Shipment Policy
If a shipment is refused due to damage incurred in transit, we will replace and redeliver the items at no cost to you.
