The 9W3100SSBLA Base Mount Smoking Receptacle, part of the Infinity collection by Rubbermaid, is a must for sophisticated and responsible litter management. Featuring an all metal 360° receptacle with stainless steel plates, domed tops for stronger weather resistance, and integrated padlocks tabs for security, this receptacle has everything you might possibly need to ensure cigarettes are disposed of safely and properly. The 9W3100 features a stainless receptacle with a black base-mount that is heavy and sturdy to prevent tipping.
