This Advance Tabco CFL30 Roll In Oven Rack is ideal for the large volume application that needs to move food from station to station over a period of time and through a period of cycles, from cooking to refrigerated storage and retherming. The CFL30 can hold up to (30) 18" x 26" pans with 2" shelf space in between. This rack, which measures 20-3/8" x 26" x 68-5/8", is built with durability and superior performance in mind thanks to its welded aluminum construction, the 1'' square tubing, its 1-1/2" ribbed angles, and its easy front loading access. The Advance Tabco CFL30 Roll in Oven Rack is supported by 4'' oven plate casters so that it can be quickly and efficiently moved from station to station, fulfilling all the large volume demands commercial kitchens face.
