Commercial Dishwasher, High Temp Undercounter. Washes 30 racks / 120 covers per hour. Automatic soil purging system. Filters wash water and traps plate debris in an external drawer. Drawer can be easily removed for dumping contents. Upper and lower rotating wash and rinse arms provide excellent cleaning and rinsing. All 304 stainless steel construction, no plastic parts to repair. Built-in booster heater. Comes with a 40°F rise standard (2 minute cycle) or a 70°F rise (2 minute cycle) upon request. Economical, single source heat lowers energy costs. Large 15" height clearance accommodates larger dishes and half size sheet pans. Low water consumption. Uses only .86 gallons of water per cycle. Includes water pressure regulator valve, (1) combo & (1) peg rack. Pumped drain. NSF, 208-240v/60/1-ph, 38.0 amps.

This is a great dishwasher! I've had mine for over a year and it is a real work horse. I have to admit I was a little bit nervous about buying this one at first because I wasn't too familiar with CMA Dishmachines, but I am so happy I went with this one over Jackson (which was more expensive). This one proved to give me lot's more bang for the busk.
