The Cambro CMBHC1826LF Camtherm Hot/Cold Cart will add versatility to holding and transporting food with hot and cold temperature capabilities. Built for everyday use, the Cambro Camtherm hot/cold cart has durable, double walled polyethylene exterior construction combine with thick foam insulation. With the Cambro Camtherm Hot/Cold Cart, the cavity temperature is available at a glance, with an external solar thermometer on an easy to use control panel that features a temperature setting dial and light indicators. The top on the Cambro CMBHC1826LF Camtherm Hot/cold Cart will hold two full size food pans for convenient serving making the Cambro Camtherm a useful tool for large banquet serving.
