Description of Comstock-Castle CSP18 - Stock Pot Range, Single 18 Inch Burner, Gas:

This Comstock-Castle stock pot stove is equipped with brass gas valves, automatic standing pilots, adjustable pressure regulators and cool to the touch control knobs. Comes standard in Natural Gas and includes a Propane conversion kit to easily convert to propane gas if needed. Features a long life 3 ring, double venturi, cast iron burner rated up to a total of 90,000 BTU’s. Top grates are made of heavy duty one piece cast iron with cast in bull nose. Designed to accommodate pots as large as 18 and 20 inches in diameter. Standard finish is easy cleaning stainless steel, welded together with corrosion resistant aluminized framing steel. Stainless steel front panel. 6 Inch heavy duty pipe legs with adjustable feet. Installation clearances for non-combustible surfaces are 0 inches on the side and 4 inches in the rear, combustible surfaces are 5 inches and 5 inches.
