Modular air cooled Flaker with B700PF storage bin. Stainless steel flaker produces up to 970 lbs. of ice per 24 hour period. Storage bin holds up to 600 lbs. of ice. Ice bin exterior is constructed of vinyl clad galvanized steel for easy cleaning. Interior consists of a polyethylene bin liner for sanitary storage. Foamed -in-place polyurethane insulation in bin walls and bottom provides dependable ice storage. Comes with 6 inch painted legs. Flaker contains The CleanCycle12™. The CleanCycle12™ allows Hoshizaki flakers to automatically purge water from the bottom of the evaporator every 12 hours. This dependable design feature keeps the unit clean by washing away impurities, thereby reducing the threat of food-safety problems. As an added bonus, it also reduces cleaning and maintenance requirements. Hoshizaki flakers also feature automatic purge of water from the reservoir for cleaner operation and longer bearing life.
