Damage Policy Summary

Refused Shipment Policy
If a shipment is refused due to damage incurred in transit, we will replace and redeliver the items at no cost to you. If refused for any reason other than damage, you the customer will be responsible for the full freight cost both ways, in addition to a 20% restocking fee. This floral refrigerator is easy to set up, looks sharp and is easier to keep clean than the traditional sliding door style cooler. The narrow doors are not an issue loading and unloading, there is a dial style thermostat inside near the blower, the light illuminates the flowers really well, and the screw style legs enable you to level the cooler on any surface. HEAVY but with three or four people you can get them through a standard door if you remove the trim/molding. It was a tight squeeze but we got them in! Also, the acrylic floral strip at the top is more modern than the picture on the website which was a pleasant surprise and it could be replaced with a logo or something similar. The multiple shelves make displaying product at different levels easy and but they can be tricky to install unless you have really strong hands. Great starter floral cooler, overall!
