The Hobart HCM62-1, 6 Qt Bowl Style 2 HP Food Processor, has a knife speeds of 1500 RPM and 3000 RPM which is ideal for emulsifying and pureeing foods. This food processor uses Hobart COOLCUTTER knives which help to increase productivity and consistency all while minimizing product temperature rise. Also included with this food processor is a built in bowl scraper and lid wiping system along with a durable see through cover for worry free operation. To help ensure safety this unit also includes triple safety interlocks and user friendly controls . The compact design of the Hobart HCM62-1 allows for better space management and the anodized aluminum base with power coated top cover improves durability and sanitation. This item is UL listed and NSF approved.

Refused Shipment Policy
If a shipment is refused due to damage incurred in transit, we will replace and redeliver the items at no cost to you. If refused for any reason other than damage, you the customer will be responsible for the full freight cost both ways, in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
