The i3 oven can cook with most metal pans and can accommodate up to a half size sheet pan and the integral catalytic converter allows for UL certified ventless operation. This i3 oven is great for fine dining and full service restaurants, concession stands, bars and nightclubs, schools, hospitals and business.
