The unit has a stainless steel top, front & sides, a s/s interior floor w/ Aluminum side panels & door liner and 1 PE coated wire shelf within. Investing in the JST-36 is great for businesses that don't need an overly large unit. With a capacity for 8 1/6 size pans, and a cutting board side rail for added prep space, it is the perfect size for a smaller operation. The JST-36, like its bigger counterparts, also features the Cold Air Compartment technology which maintains even temperature for each pan and preseves fresh food for longer.

Refused Shipment Policy
If a shipment is refused due to damage incurred in transit, we will replace and redeliver the items at no cost to you. If refused for any reason other than damage, you the customer will be responsible for the full freight cost both ways, in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
