This Crown Verity MG-48LP Mobile Outdoor Griddle uses LP gas and is designed to fire up fast while cooking large volumes of food. Measuring 56'' x 28'' the MG-48LP has 6 burners with 99,000 BTUs and is built of a heavy-duty, durable stainless steel, including a stainless steel undershelf and legs. The griddle itself is constructed of 5/16'' cold rolled stainless steel and features stainless steel splash guards and a removable stainless steel grease tray for easy cleaning. Aside from being a fantastic mobile outdoor griddle, the MG-48LP is loved in the industry for its ability to easily convert from a griddle to a charbroiler with the aid of an optional cooking grate. Damage Policy Summary

There are rare occasions when items may be damaged in transit. It is imperative that you check your order thoroughly before signing off on the shipment. If damage incurred in transit, it is your responsibility to sign it "Damaged" on the freight bill and you must file a freight claim with the freight company, not Mission Restaurant Supply. Refused Shipment Policy

If a shipment is refused due to damage incurred in transit, we will replace and redeliver the items at no cost to you. If refused for any reason other than damage, you the customer will be responsible for the full freight cost both ways, in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
