Description of MagiKitchn MK42 - Commercial Economy Fryer, 40-50 Lb. Stainless Steel Tank, Gas:

Tube fired gas fryer 40-50 Lb. capacity. Stainless steel tank holds two twin size baskets. Cabinet-stainless steel front, door and galvanized steel sides and back. Comes complete with 2 twin baskets, drain extension, drain line clean-out rod, removable basket hanger for easy cleaning, and a set of 4 each 6 inch adjustable legs. Front 1-1/4" NPT drain valve, for quick draining. Thermostat maintains selected temperature automatically between 200°F (93°C) and 400°F (190°C). Integrated gas control valve acts as a manual and pilot valve, automatic pilot valve, gas filter, pressure regulator, and automatic main valve. Gas control valve prevents gas flow to the main burner until pilot is established and shuts off all gas flow automatically if the pilot flame goes out. Temperature limit switch safely shuts off all gas flow if the fryer temperature exceeds the upper limit. Frying area measures 14in x 14in. 115,000 BTU's/Hour. 3/4" NPT gas supply.

I don't have very many fried menu items so this unit was ideal for my restaurant. I have no doubt this fryer is capable of being used more rigorously, but I only use it a few hours a day. It's a good economy fryer that I'll have in my kitchen for a long time.
