Great product - excellent service!

Pros:	Product was exactly as advertised. Ordered a little late, but excellent customer service made up for my error!
Cons:	"How to use" tips would be helpful.
Recommended:	Yes

These were intended as a Christmas gift for my hubby and I left it a little late to order. Fortunately for me, Mission RS saved by fanny! I didn't know what type/grind of coffee to use, so that would have been helpful information.
