Sharp

Pros:	Great for peeling strips of zest, very sharp
Recommended:	Yes

Purchased this because I wanted to peel fruit and remove zest strips. Did the job perfectly. I was also able to remove extra pith from the zest by scraping the tip of the knife against the strip. Very sharp!

I use small "sharp" knives all the time and love having the colors to choose from for an easy find when searching for them. The knife fits in my hand very nicely and the knife is sharp and keeps it's sharpness for a long time ~ Thank you
