Description of True TRCB-48 - Refrigerated Chef Base, 2 Drawers, 48 Inch:

The TRCB-48 refrigerated chef base has two (2) drawers (accommodate two 12"x20"x4" pans each). Stainless steel exterior with white aluminum lined interior, 300 series stainless steel floor, and coved corners. Chef base is made of 18 gauge, reinforced stainless steel with drip guard. Foamed-in-place high density polyurethane insulation throughout and top is insulated to eliminate heat transfer to interior of cabinet. Other features include recessed handles, front breathing, self-contained system, one (1) removable stainless steel pan dividers per drawer, one (1) full perimeter removable magnetic gasket per drawer, exterior mounted digital temperature monitor, and four inch (4") castors. Model holds 33°F to 41°F and requires minimum clearance of four inches (4") between TRCB top and cooking equipment heating element. Failure to allow for clearance will void manufacturer warranty. Model dimensions: 48 1/2" wide x 32 1/2" deep x 20 1/2" tall. Power features: 1/5 HP, 5.4 Amps
