Panini Grill, Non-Stick Coated Aluminum, Grooved Upper and Lower Grill, 110v. Anvil's panini sandwich press is designed to create a ribbed effect on sandwiches on both sides. It can also be used as a griddle for steak, tomatoes, bacon, etc. This unit is designed to operate consistently between 15 and 24 hours a day.
Application: Used for panini sandwiches as well as English or Italian sandwich cuisine. They are perfect for delis, bars, cafes, & many other food service operators.
Construction: An adjustable top plate for a variety of food thicknesses. Innovative new plates give improved performance. Drip cup to catch excess grease. Heat resistant handle. Non-Stick coating does away with the need for seasoning and aluminum foil. Pilot light indicates when plates are on. Ribbed cast aluminum plates.
Heating: Thermostatically controlled up to 570°F. Unique plate design allows removable element to be encapsulated ensuring maximum heat transfer and even heat distribution.
