The VBP51 Mobile Insulated Holding and Transport Cabinet by Vulcan is the ideal unit for schools, restaurants, hospitals, and other institutions that need a dependable holding cabinet on the go. Part of the Institutional Series, the VBP51 can hold (5) 18"x26"x 1" sheet pans or (10) 12"x20"x2-1/2" sheet pans in its energy efficient cabinet and is proven to have some of the quickest preheating and recovery times on the market! The interior forced air blower ensures even heat distribution and recovery, keeping food piping hot from cooking to serving. Other features include convenient side mounted push handles, a recessed control panel, a useful cord wrap, a dial thermometer ambient to 190°F, and (4) 5'' casters for easy mobility. Refused Shipment Policy
If a shipment is refused due to damage incurred in transit, we will replace and redeliver the items at no cost to you.
