The VCCB72 Low Profile Gas Charbroiler by Vulcan is a model of quality construction and top-notch performance in the industry. This unit features 13 heavy duty cast iron char-radiants and broiling grates that each give off 14,500 BTU/hr, giving the VCCB72 a grand total of 188,500 BTUs! This low profile countertop charbroiler measures 72" across and is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel on the front, sides, top trim, backsplash, and even on the grease trough which runs the full width of the unit. The VCCB72 Gas Charboiler has a standing pilot ignition with simple, manual gas valve controls for adjusting temperature with ease.
