This low profile counter model is made with the highest quality materials including a 1'' thick polished steel griddle plate, a stainless steel front, sides, frot top ledge, front grease trough, grease can, a heavy gauge 4'' back and tapered side splashes. Measuring 26"W x 20-1/2"D x 1", this Gas Griddle can generate an impressive 75,000 BTUs and is easily operated with 3 mechanical snap action thermostats that are embedded 12'' apart across the front. Other features include a manual ignition and a millivolt pilot safety valve which will completely shut off the gas to the pilot and burners if the pilot extinguishes. If a shipment is refused due to damage incurred in transit, we will replace and redeliver the items at no cost to you.
