Measuring 25-1/2'' wide, this single deck unit contains three wire shelves that can easily hold 8 sheet pans or 16 hotel pans comfortably in its durable stainless steel cabinet. The mechanical temperature controls make for easy, user-friendly operation your staff won't have a problem with. The gentle air movement within the cabinet browns and caramelizes without product shrinkage and the unique roast thermostat set for 250°F let's you roast and retherm without a hitch! Refused Shipment Policy
If a shipment is refused due to damage incurred in transit, we will replace and redeliver the items at no cost to you. If refused for any reason other than damage, you the customer will be responsible for the full freight cost both ways, in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
