Cooks Knife, 8 inch blade with White handle. High carbon no stain blade. Mundial 5600 Series knives have sanitized antimicrobial protection, which is the safe treatment of the polypropylene handles to guard against bacteria, yeast, mold and fungi growth. During the manufacturing process, Sanitized® additives are incorporated directly into the knife handles, protecting them against microbial attack. The inclusion of these additives also decreases the risk of unpleasant odors while improving the hygiene of the knives. NSF Approved.

merchandise too big but service great 3.11.2010

I bought this knife after seeing an article about it in Gourmet magazine. Although the handle is comfortable, the blade is far too big for my everyday use. I called MSR and found customer service very helpful.
Overall, service and delivery were excellent.

This is a perfect knife for my wife as the 10 inch one is a little big for her but I like both of these outstanding knives. I can't say enough about this knife. It chops and cuts with ease and I highly recommend it. I can't wait to use the flexible boning knife on my next deer.
