Defrost - Defrost and toast frozen bread with the push of one button. Reheat - Press the reheat button to reheat without browning. Cancel - Press the cancel button to interrupt toasting and return carriage to top. Pull out crumb tray - Tray slides out for easy crumb removal. Self centering bread rack.2 Wide Slots (1 3/8" ) -Full 1-3/8 inch wide slots hold a variety of breads, from English muffins to bagels to thick homemade slices. Specialty items too. Extra-High Lift Control - Lever brings toast close to the top of the toaster, making it easy to remove - even smaller foods like English muffins. Toasting Control - Easy to grasp rotary dial to adjust browning from extra light to dark golden brown. Easy-to-Use Convenient Touch Controls Defrost Button LED indicator lights up when in use. Comes with 6' cord, with 3-prong grounded plug. NSF.

It produces very even browning. I've had a Morphy Richards that is a 2 slice, 2 slot that looks just like it. The Morphy still works great after 20 + years. Who ever really builds these does an outstanding job.
