Infrared Display Food Warmer
Adcraft's Infrared Display Food Warmer (IDW-940W) uses an infrared heating element situated at the top to heat food in the pan below and keep it a warm serving temperature. Above the infrared heating element are polished stainless steel heat reflectors to distribute heat directly downwards onto the food. The food warmer conveniently allows for access to food on three of its sides. The bottom accommodates a full size pan, and the warmer comes with one full size food pan and a perforated liner.
