The ARCB72 refrigerated chef base features a smooth stainless steel exterior suitable for any commercial kitchen. The 74-inch wide stainless steel top is insulated, eliminating heat transfer from equipment stored on top to the interior of the cabinet. The top has a marine edge to contain spills. The Arctic Air ARCB72 chef base has four drawers with stainless steel facings, linings and frames and each door features removable magnetic gaskets for sanitation purposes. The Arctic Air ARCB72 refrigerated chef base features a self-contained capillary tube system that uses environmentally friendly CFC refrigerant and a front-accessible condensing unit for easy cleaning and maintenance. The front breathing design allows for flexible installation options and its electrical thermostat has an easy to read external LED display for quick and easy temperature monitoring.
