The X13-PLUS Professional Slicer by Berkel brings together the latest technology to create a slicer that can deliver excellence with every use. This table-mounted manual gravity feed slicer can cut up to 1-5/16'' and has a number of special features including a removable (and submersible) sharpener with diamond crystal stones that sharpen with absolute accuracy, and a variable pitch barrel cam that controls and adjusts to achieve precise slicing thicknesses. One of the most appealing features of the X13-PLUS is its innovative approach to sanitation and hygiene. This Slicer has an FDA approved surface for easy, effective cleaning, a permanent ring guard to protect the non-slicing portion of the knife throughout the slicing and cleaning process, and an easy-to-use kick stand which supports the slicer so you can clean underneath and in hard to reach areas. The 13'' stainless steel knife cuts with precision and uniformity thanks in part to the 45° removable product table which ensures you get the most out of each slice. Damage Policy Summary

There are rare occasions when items may be damaged in transit. It is imperative that you check your order thoroughly before signing off on the shipment. Refused Shipment Policy

If a shipment is refused due to damage incurred in transit, we will replace and redeliver the items at no cost to you.
