INGREDIENTS:

• 2 pounds hamburger meat
• ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs
• 4 Tbsp. milk
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. pepper
• 1 tsp. dry mustard
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• ½ cup onion, grated
• ½ cup carrots, grated
• ½ cup celery, diced small
• Fajita seasoning

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together except for the fajita seasoning.
3. Form meatloaf and place in a baking pan.
4. Top with fajita seasoning.
5. Bake for 1 hour or until done.
