Mike Yang started in the restaurant industry as a bus boy at his grandfather's restaurant and worked his way up. He now is a partner at two different concepts – Eggroll Express and Boba Bites and Tea. Eggroll Express features Americanized Chinese cuisine. The most popular dishes at Eggroll Express are the General Tso's Chicken and Fried Rice. The signature item at Boba Bites and Tea is the Forever in Love drink that has lychee and strawberry flavors and comes with a large heart jelly. They also feature banh mi sandwiches and delicious milk teas.

Mike enjoys traveling, and one of his favorite things to do is to go to Asian 7-11s to check out their food options. He especially enjoys their sandwiches, specifically an egg sandwich, their instant ramen selections, and tea eggs.
