Eddy recommends that every commercial kitchen should have air curtains. Air curtains can help save you money by keeping the temperature in the facility as it should be, and, most importantly, it reduces flies and mosquitos from entering the building!

One of Eddie's favorite food memories is his grandma's tamales and gathering in her house with his family! Eddy enjoys woodworking and home improvement in his free time. Recently, he built an outdoor kitchen!
