One of my favorite items in my kitchen is a an Item I purchase threw Pamper Chef and its to separate the ground meat while cooking. Another favorite is my flat grill (Tortilla warmer). Not only do I use it for tortillas, but I also make pancakes with it. Last but not lease is my crock pot. I make beans overnite in the crock pot, which will be ready for breakfast.

I can’t live without having a good sharp knie in the kitchen. I hate a dull cutting knife. So I guess maybe it is the sharpening instrument I cannot live without.

I had gotten one of those automatic electric can openers and loved it. It didn’t work too long, and I realized how much I missed it. But, now I have to replenish my whole frying pan set. The cast irons one I have are great, but not for all usage. I just loved fried foods and miss my frying pans!

I love to cook. I could never be without my trusty saute pan, my 4 quart stock pot, my chopping board for all my seasonal veggies, a sharp knife, and a simple wooden spoon. I also love my blender for soups, pesto, and sauces! I always have onions, garlic, fresh jalapenos, veggie broth, beans, non-dairy milk (soy or almond), potatoes, and a good olive oil in stock in my kitchen. :)

There are so many things I could not “live” without. I love my kitchen and everything in it. But if I had to pick something – it would be my stand mixer (I could use more of them) and my good knives (the best one being my Ulu knife – absolutely can not live without one!!!). Over the past year I invested in some great cake pans, they kind of go along with the stand mixer – can’t be without those.

I’d find life difficult with my “smuggled” copy of the original Waffle House waffle batter recipe. (Which would just happen to make perfect Fleur-dis-lis waffles). I beginning to think I couldn’t live without a TurboChef oven.

I could not live without my cooking stone from Pamper Chef. I have had this thing for years, and and cook/bake everything on this pan. It never has to be washed with soap, just a rinse after each use.
