Optional Labor Warranty: Donper USA offers an optional one year labor warranty on several commercial frozen drink machine models. The optional labor warranty must be purchased at time of original equipment order and must be purchased through an authorized Donper USA dealer or distributor to be valid. The one year labor warranty covers the cost of repairing or replacing a manufacturer™s defect in a commercial frozen drink machine for one year from the sale date on the invoice for the machine from an authorized Donper USA dealer/distributor. All labor warranty claims must be submitted in writing (email preferred to warranty@donperusa.com) to Donper USA through the established warranty submission process prior to any labor warranty claim being approved for coverage.

Great ice cream machine
We bought this machine for our ice cream store in Sand Key Florida. We replaced 2 old Taylor units with this machine and are very happy. The machine runs much quieter than our old Taylor machines and puts out a ton of ice cream. We served over 100 cones an hour over the 4th of July weekend and this machine never blinked. Cant complain about that!! Simple to operate, no easier to clean than our old Taylor machines, and tech support seems good. I only called one time, but they solved my issue in about 5 minutes on the phone. Id recommend this machine due to the price, quality, and production volume.

Good machine. Buy from Mission, as the price is higher everywhere else.
We bought one of these machines on Amazon for $8750 plus $289 shipping, so its about $500 cheaper to buy on MissionRS. The machine is good. No bells and whistles like some of the other models, but it makes great soft serve and a lot of it. Weve had the machine for 2 months and are happy with it. The machine came crated well to prevent damage. It took us about an hour to set it up, mainly because it took a while to get it out of the crate. Once we had it out, all we had to do was plug it in and turn it on and we were in business. The machine runs quiet and freezes our mix from room temperature to soft serve we dispense onto a cone in about 8 minutes - this thing is friggin fast. It takes a little time to get the hopper temperature set right. Ours was freezing the mix in the hopper at first, so we had to turn the temperature up to keep the mix liquid in the hopper, as when it froze it wouldnt flow down into the freezing cylinder. Weve called the tech support line a couple times with questions and they have been really helpful. Didnt always answer the phone the first time we called, but they returned our calls within 30 minutes. Still pissed I paid more for my machine on Amazon that I would have if I had bought with Mission, as there is a Mission store about 10 minutes from our restaurant, so thats why Im not giving the full 5 stars!!!
