Also included with this food processor is a built in bowl scraper and lid wiping system along with a durable see through cover for worry free operation. To help ensure safety this unit also includes triple safety interlocks and user friendly controls . The compact design of the Hobart HCM61-1 allows for better space management and the anodized aluminum base with power coated top cover improves durability and sanitation.
