Garland U.S. Range's U Series 60" Gas Restaurant Range U60-10RR features ten open burners with two extra-large capacity chef ovens. Each open burner packs 32,000 BTU/hour of fire power and features a two-piece cast open burner. Burners are set in split cast iron ergonomic top ring grates - the classic, heavy duty cooking surface most-requested by commercial kitchens. The bottom section of the U60-10RR range features two large capacity chef ovens, each with a load of 38,000 BTUs. The porcelain oven interior is easy to clean and maintain and is large enough to fit standard sheet pans in both directions. A Garland US Range U Series oven will be the workhorse of your commercial kitchen.
