Garland Commercial Ranges' X Series 60" Gas Restaurant Range X60-6R24RR features six open burners, a 24-inch raised griddle/broiler top and two Sunfire (R) ovens. Each open burner packs 30,000 BTU/hour of fire power and features a two-piece "Q" style has hob for ideal heat distribution. Ergonomic split cast iron grates fit atop the burners - the classic, heavy duty cooking surface most-requested by commercial kitchens. The right side of the X60-6R24RR's cook top is a 24-inch raised griddle/broiler. Three cast iron burners pump out a total of 43,500 BTUs of grilling power. The bottom section of the X60-6R24RR range features two standard Sunfire (R) ovens, each with 33,000 BTUs. The ovens' interior is easy to clean and maintain thanks to its ribbed porcelain bottom and aluminized sides. Note: This range is not approved for residential use.
