Chefmate 24" Gas Griddle

This Chefmate Gas Griddle (C24GG) by Globe has two high performance u-shaped burners with 30,000 BTUs of cooking power in each. The steel burners are placed every 12 inches, with a flame every 6 inches. This burner configuration provides well-balanced heat and optimal heat distribution. At 24 inches wide, this gas griddle fits nicely on a countertop surface. Its adjustable stainless steel legs have non-skid feet to keep the griddle stable and to protect your countertop surface from damage. This countertop griddle has manual controls on the front, each controlling its own independent griddle surface area. With independent adjustable pilots, you can cooking multiple foods at different temperatures on a single griddle surface. This griddle ships ready for natural gas use and comes with a conversion kit and regulator for use with liquid propane gas.
