At 24 inches wide, this hot plate sits conveniently on a countertop surface. Its adjustable stainless steel legs have non-skid feet to keep the hot plate stable and protect your counter from damage. This hot plate has four 25,000-BTU burners with heavy duty cast iron grates for optimum heat distribution. Heat can be controlled by the adjustable pilots conveniently located on the front of the unit. This hot plate has a durable stainless steel construction with an extended front edge that is cool-to-the-touch for operator safety. The hot plate comes ready for use with natural gas and a conversion kit and regulator are included for use with liquid propane gas.
