Medium Duty Automatic Slicer - 12" Blade
The G12A Automatic Slicer from Globe Food Equipment is a part of their G-Series line of Medium Duty Slicers. This meat and cheese slicer is built for moderate-volume slicing up to four hours per day. The powerful knife motor slices through tough food products, such as cheese. Constructed of anodized aluminum and featuring seamless edges plus a removable slice deflector, chute, knife cover and sharpener, the G12A Automatic Slicer is easy to clean and maintain. The food chute is at an ideal angle of thirty-five degrees to hold product better and minimize waste. This Medium Duty Slicer can be operated manually or as an automatic slicer, with an independent chute motor that has an automatic chute speed of forty strokes per minute.
