This countertop griddle has four U-shaped burners and a total of 120,000 BTUs for the best heat distribution throughout the 3/4"-thick, 48"-wide griddle plate. The griddle has a durable double-wall stainless steel construction that helps insulate and protect the griddle. The cool-touch front keeps the operator safe from burns will cooking. The griddle's burners are controlled with individual adjustable pilots located on the front panel for easy access. The catch tray is made of stainless steel and it's removable for the simplest clean-up. This gas griddle fits nicely on a countertop and features adjustable legs to provide a comfortable, preferred cooking height. This Globe Countertop Griddle ships natural gas ready and comes complete with a liquid propane conversion kit.
