The hot plate has a durable double-wall stainless steel construction that helps insulate and protect the cast iron burner. Each burner is topped with a durable, heavy duty cast iron burner grate. The hot plate's burners are controlled with individual adjustable pilots located on the front panel for easy access and outfitted with all metal control knobs for easy cleaning and durability. The full width drip pan is made of stainless steel for simple clean up. This hot plate fits nicely on a countertop and features adjustable legs to provide a comfortable, preferred cooking height.
