The Globe GSM175 has a hefty 175 pound capacity and two powerful high torque motors, for the bowl and the dough hook. The bowl's motor packs 3/4 HP while the two-speed dough hook motor can run at 3.25 HP (or 104 RPM) in first speed and 6 HP (or 208 RPM) in second speed. The Globe GSM175 features dual 20 minute electronic digital timers that allow for automatic shifting from first to second speed. With a polished diamond finish stainless steel bowl, all metal construction with cast aluminum top cover and reinforced dough hook, the Globe GSM175 spiral floor mixer can handle large, heavy batches with ease.
