This Economy Electric Griddle (PG24E) from Globe is ideal for lighter duty cooking applications and foodservice operations with limited menu items. At 24 inches wide, this electric griddle fits conveniently on a countertop. The griddle features a 3/8-inch thick highly polished griddle plate for even heat distribution. Two thermostatic controls allow for cooking foods with different temperature requirements at the same time on a single griddle surface. The stainless steel construction is durable and easy to clean and a removable catch tray collects crumbs and grease to keep the area around your electric griddle clean and crumb-free.
