The newly revamped HS7N-1 Heavy Duty Automatic Slicer by Hobart brings a multitude of features and benefits that will add value to your slicing station. Beginning with performance, the HS7N-1 is equipped with a 13" CleanCut™ knife made of a super stellite alloy edge that will hold its edge for 2 to 3 times longer than carbon coated or stainless steel knives! This slicer, with its non-removable blade and burnished finish, is a model in safety with a number of features that allow it to stand apart from its competition. These features include zero knife exposure thanks to a gauge plate that remains closed during both cleaning and sharpening operation, and no volt release which means the slicer must be restarted in the event of a power failure or if the unit comes unplugged. The HS7N-1 is also equipped with a 1/2 HP knife-driven motor with a timing belt for automatic drive, a variable 4 speed automatic carriage with front-mounted controls and 3 stroke lengths! This means that the stroke speed can be set to 28, 38, 48 and 58 strokes per minute! It also is equipped with a top-mounted borazon stone sharpener that is warewasher safe and can hone your blade in just 5 seconds! The HS7N-1 has an aluminum base that that is easy to clean and includes a s/s top cover, a rear-mounted removable meat grip arm which conveniently swings out of the way when not in use, a removable ring guard cover, along with a spring kickstand that helps hold the slicer in a tilted position for easy cleaning, a manual lift lever, and an exclusive tilting, removable carriage system for further cleanliness and safety precautions. The HS7N-1 automic slicer has a carriage capable of taking food up to 12'' in width or 7.5'' in diameter and can cut any slice thickness of up to 1'' thanks to its smooth feeding gauge plate. Damage Policy Summary

Refused Shipment Policy
