This vegetable slicer can cut cabbage, slice potatoes, nuts bananas cucumbers, celery and other fruits and vegetables, and shred cheese, carrots and more. The VS9-12 Vegetable Slicer Attachment includes back case, #12 hopper front and an adjustable slicer plate. This attachment can also be used with the Hobart PD-35 Power Drive unit. The Hobart VS9-12 is NSF approved.
