Double Boilers

Use a double boiler when you need to cook delicate foods at a low, even temperature. Our double boilers come in different materials, including aluminum and stainless steel. A double boiler set usually consists of a larger boiler pot for water, an inset pan that rests above the boiling water and a lid. Double boilers are especially useful for cooking chocolates, sauces and custards.
