Breading Baskets

Use a breading basket when frying breaded foods to simplify the process and ensure foods are free of excess fry batter, breading and unwanted particles. Breading baskets feature long angled handles and wire mesh bowls to allow for draining. Choose the gauge of mesh, coarse, medium or fine, based on the foods you will be frying and batter or breading they will be coated in.
