The cart also features three angled shelves at a 20-degree angle to store glass and cup racks for easy access. The soiled dish breakdown cart has slides below the bottom shelf to accommodate a drain pan (drain pan not included). The Lakeside B597 is made of durable stainless steel with a sturdy u-shape construction. Tubular push handles and smooth-gliding casters facilitate transport to and from dishwashing area.
