Handy for a single person
I recently became a widow. I wanted a griddle in a smaller size for single-serving sized sandwiches and pancake-type meals. This griddle is perfect for me. Its hefty, cleans up well and best of all, its a Lodge brand - the best in cast iron griddles and pans. Ive already used it and LOVE it! And theres something about the oval shape that really appeals to me - it fits so nicely on my stove top.
